Kettle & Oak only accept applications through the TurboTenant platform. Turbotenant by transUnion provides us with the screening report. All adults must complete their own application through. TurboTenant.
How much is the application fee, and is it refundable?
The application fee is $55 per adult and is non-refundable. It is paid directly to TurboTenant/TransUnion for screening.
Do we need to apply before an in-person viewing?
We highly recommend not applying or paying the application fee before an in-person viewing. Once the showing is completed and you are fully satisfied and ready to proceed, you can then submit your application through the TurboTenant listing.
