The Role
We are seeking a IT Manager to lead our cloud-first infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about optimizing SaaS ecosystems, streamlining user provisioning, and managing IT costs effectively. While a development background is a plus, it is not required.
What You’ll Do
- SaaS Ecosystem Management: Oversee and optimize our suite of SaaS tools (e.g., Asana, Google Workspace, Buildium, OpenPhone, etc) to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- User Account Provisioning: Develop and maintain efficient processes for onboarding and offboarding users, ensuring security and compliance.
- IT Cost Management: Monitor and control IT expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and uphold security protocols to protect company data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand IT needs and provide solutions that enhance productivity.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience in managing SaaS-based IT infrastructures.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of user account provisioning and IT cost management.
- Leadership: Ability to lead IT initiatives and collaborate with various departments.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
- Bonus: Background in software development or scripting.
