On November 1, 2016, our startup embarked on a journey with a strong focus: build legacy investment real-estate portfolios for our clients. We chose real-estate because of our collective intrinsic connection to this earth — and the only commodity that is finite, and probably the most desirable.
Over the course of our existence, we have build our managing portfolio from zero to more than $5 million. From 0 employees to a crew of 10 and growing. From paper-based to digital. From 3 weeks client servicing to less than 24 hours. Our goal is to become the most investor-centric company (inspired by Amazon’s Jeff Bezos) — and to try to do that (since excellence is relative, not absolute), it’s a never-ending journey of improvements, optimizations, and old-fashioned customer care.
We have a deep, profound (read, cult-ish) belief in the power of land, and the real-estate that sits on top of it. Just ask Lee Shau Kee ($19.6 billion), Cheng Yu-tung ($16.2 billion), Wang Jianlin ($15.1 billion), Donald Bren ($14.4 billion) and countless others.
Through data, sensible technology, statistics, research, and experience we aim to build a legacy for you that your future-self will thank you for. We are entrepreneurs, dreamers, investors, engineers, and designers. We are Kettle & Oak — and we are here for you.
